Acai Collagen Shake
 

Smooth, rich in antioxidants, creamy and full of vitamins. I love starting busy mornings with this shake because it tastes great and has the perfect balance of healthy fats, fiber, and protein to keep you full. If you've got dry skin this delicious shake will help replenish the body with and keep you glowing throughout the colder months.

Total Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients
- 1-2 tbsp sprouted chia seeds
- 2 scoops of collagen powder
- 1 pkg/scoop of unsweetened acai
- 2 tbsp hazelnuts
- 1 tsp stevia (to taste)
- 2 tbsp blueberries
- 1/2 tbsp MCT oil
- 1/4 avocado
- 2/3 cup unsweetened nut milk
- 4 ice cubes
- Dang coconut chips

    Directions

    1. combine all ingredients in a high powered blender
    2. Add milk and 4 cubes of ice
    3. blend for 2-3 minutes to ensure smooth results
    4. sprinkle with local bee pollen, berries and coconut
