Chocolate Chip Keto Scones

Chocolate Keto scones
 

I developed this recipe for those of us that want a quick savory & sweet dessert. Trust me, it's quick and painless to make. You'll notice that they are quite crumbly when you bite into them, but they also have that buttery texture that reminds me of a scone and a shortbread - it's very unique! I love mine crumbled on top of ice cream.

Cook Time: 12 minutes  
Serving: 12 cookies
Total Time: 35 minutes

Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 cup coconut flour
- 3/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt
- 1-3 tbsp Stevia (to taste)
- 1/2 tsp aluminum free baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup grass-fed butter
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 3/4 cup Lilly's chocolate chips

    Directions

    1. combine all dry ingredients and mix thoroughly
    2. Add wet to dry ingredients, mix throroughly
    3. Form into medium sized balls 
    4. place on baking sheet covered with parchment paper
    5. Bake for 12 minutes at 350
